Limitations

Although we make every effort to be accommodating to you, our client, there are a number of things our experts cannot do.

We cannot clean areas or items containing bodily fluids. Litter boxes and diaper pails will not be cleaned nor vomit or pet accidents. Our Clean Expert will let you know if there is an issue and will clean around it.

We cannot clean areas with infestation (bedbugs, roaches, ants, fleas, etc.). Your Clean Expert will leave details regarding location and nature of the problem for you.

In the case of bedbugs(or another major infestation), once it is determined there is an infestation, our cleaning team will immediately leave the premises. We will contact you immediately and will not return to the home until proper remediation is completed.

Your Clean Expert cannot:

• Move furniture for you
• Lift objects over 20 lbs
• Work on the outside of your home
• Prepare meals
• Provide child/pet care
• Provide extra services without consent from management
• Answer phones or doors (this includes letting workers in – please do not ask our cleaners to let someone in your home)

And, though we don’t expect that you’ll ask us to go out on a ledge, we’d like to clarify that we do not go higher than our step ladders. And, of course, no ledges!
