100% Satisfaction. We want you to know that we have very high standards but because we are human, mistakes can happen. Cronin Professional Services guarantees cleaning that has been completed and paid for by our clients. If there is something that does not meet with your approval, inform us within 24 hours (1 business day) and we will have the problem corrected as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our business.

Agreement Terms

Each of our clients signs our service agreement. This provides details about our practices and procedures. There is no term to our agreement. You may cancel your service at any time. Cronin Cleaning Services also reserves the right to cancel service at any time.

Cronin Professional Services will clean according to your schedule and openings available with our Clean Experts. Every effort is made to accommodate our clients.

Our Clean Experts

Cronin Professional Services provides professional cleaning service with all employees insured and thoroughly trained. Our Clean Experts will arrive on time, be dressed appropriately, and be courteous of you in your space. No smoking, watching TV or using other household appliances will take place while our Clean Experts are working at your property.

Our Clean Experts are highly trained and have had background checks to assure trustworthiness in your home. Cronin Professional Services does not knowingly hire persons without proper documentation or with criminal histories.

Cleaning Materials

All equipment and cleaning supplies are provided by Cronin Professional Services. We are glad to use client-provided supplies if requested (details in our service agreement).

There are a few things we’d like you to know when considering our service. Here is a list of things we can’t do while servicing your property.
